Hi Team
During this talk of toroids Centre made of expanded phenolic foam which
comes with Aluminium foil  on each side is great.
This stuff is used in the HVAC industry. Very light and strong and easy to
work with. Standard thickness is 1" I use two sheets glued together for the
core of my 12"x42 flexiduct toroid
