Dan:Hi-Fi is not a consideration, but here are two considerations. 1. use a
bridge with a SCR across the DC terminals as a AC switch in series with your
NST. This can be modulated with a opto isolator to the SCR gate. 2. use a
modulated trigger gate to fire your SG with audio pulse rate.
