	Close.  As noted, the birds, approaching lines
	where they would get to Corona, can 'feel' the
	corona and Go Away.

	As to Beak to Beak: at a RR electrification
	(11kvac at Lots and Lots of Amps), one of the ways
	to pass time, in the old days, was to watch birds
	on the catenary making 'friends' with birds on the
	grounded cross span.  Once beak to beak voltage was
	exceeded:
