RE: AC close to the tank circuit?

Dan,

I've got my vacuum sitting right under my primary and have had no problems
with interference on the house wiring. But, I also have filters all over
the place. Without a line filter on each side of the controller for my
vacuum, I was getting controller problems. Voltage spikes were leading to
very erratic control. The line filters ended that. I also have filters in
front of anything else that is connected to mains. There has been a lot of
debate on the list about how much good these things do. Well, in my case, I
got a load of filters cheap and decided to play it safe.

Hi Folks,
When some of you use fans or vacuums to cool and/or
blow air over gaps and such, does that AC close to the
tank circuit increase the chances of
interference/feedback into your house wiring?

thanks
