No.. I'm pretty sure that was peak.. and those voltages
are always quoted line-to-line.. so:
768kV(peak)/SQRT(2) = 543kV RMS
Then to go from line-to-line to line-to-ground:
543kV/SQRT(3) = 313kV to ground
Line-to-ground is always lower than line-to-line.. so that
sounds about right.. ;)
