Re: copper rings

Hi Ryan,
I got copper foil from the big hobby store. It is used for "tooling" metal
pictures.

Then I got a compass from the office store. One of the good ones with a
screw wheel adjustment that will not slip while making a circle.

The office supply store has just the compass part for about $5. I bet you
could make one free with a little wooden board, a nail, and an Exacto blade
;-))
I just used a sharp metal tip clamped into the end instead of the usual
pencil lead. Just turn it in a circle for awhile and soon it will slice
through. Don't use much pressure at all. Be sure to cut the larger circle
first ;-)) Also, be sure the compass is big enough to cut the circle you want.
Cheers,
Terry
