Hi,

Poly shipping wrap film is maybe suggested here.  That stretch wrap that
they use to wrap up a bunch of shipping items in is very dielectric and
very cheap.  I use it in my OLTC and my "new" SSTC secondary.  Any office
store sells it cheap.

Also, wind the wire "tight" on the form!!  Not much "spring" to copper but
get watcha can ;-))
