Danny:   Your question requires you to choose. The geek group capacitor
assembly is an easy way to go and will serve for future projects. The salt
water beer bottle cap is less expensive but a lot of mess and size. wrapped
polly is more trouble and inbetween cost and size. All will work and all
have thier owm limitations. I use wrapped poly plates and capacitor assembly
and commercial discharge caps. All work well. Cost of commercial is not good
