While this is true for all practical purposes in our field, it is not
entirely accurate. FR4 and G-10 are two distinct animals, at least
according to NEMA. G-10 does have an edge in bond strength and dielectrics
whereas being brominated, FR4 is fire retardent unlike G-10.
