Hi Bert
I'm confused. If 12 bottles are rated 80KV/.0125MFD then how can 14
bottles be only 6,600?

Jim, this will be painful news, but your capacitors are in parallel,
which 
means that the voltage rating on your cap as it is constructed is 6,666 
volts - NOT 93, 324 volts.
