Hi Greg...
Tungsten C isnt something that lends to cutting easiely. It is
possible to grind a small notch in it with a dremel cutting disc and
then snap it like you would a glass rod. If you have pleanty of patience
and alot of dremel cutting discs, you can grind/cut the rod completely thru.
