Yep you can series these. Presume centre earthed with two per side. Select
the outer for best insulation to core ie some secondaries are constructed
with more packing and space between the inner winding connection (normally
earthed) and the core. I put a bead of hot glue on at the point where I take
the inner winding out (for connection to the outer of the previous
secondary) I find this ensures stability and improves the insulation at this
critical spot. In my case outer xfrmrs are in 6" plumbing tube and filled
with oil. No xfrmr in 6MOT system is identical

Good luck with your 8kvrms system (4kv each side of centre eth)
