Yes, it's always interesting to do this. I put my money that Acmi will nail
it. Since Paul introduced
it, I've been measuring for Paul on different occasions and for my own
purposes. Acmi has nailed it
every time.
I'm confident because I've done the measuring over and over again. Acmi has
given me the ability to
develop approximations for JavaTC. I don't have the ability to perform the
type of programming Paul
used (C code 'structs', etc.), but it gave me data. The reason JavaTC gets
real close to Acmi is
because that's what I wrote it do (because I trust Acmi that much - proof
is in the measuring). I
wasn't the only one making measurements. Terry and others had the same success.
What I'm not sure about is a 1:1 h/d secondary. I'm not sure if we've
actually made a 1:1 h/d check
with a real coil (maybe we did and I'm just unaware).
