hmm. I should have been more clear the first time.
I have a transformer from that place. I did not get it from them though.
Here is what I know about it.
- I instantly blew the "weak link: fuse that lives inside the HV bushing.
It's not meant for more than the 1kVA. Playing games with it will blow the
fuse. I ran new wire across the bad fuse and it works again.
- it uses a real step-lap core. effeciency was important to them. No load
power draw is 14 watts according to a print catalog. Full power loss is 40W
(that's pretty good).
