The APP spring 2001 meeting papers are available online at
http://www.ilp.physik.uni-essen.de/doebele/Spring2001/
under "Contributions". The papers are in PDF format although some of the
graphs are unreadable. There are many papers on subjects like high speed
streamer imaging (TC related).
