The power transformer from an old tube-type TV set can be used for making a 
low power
VTTC. But you will have to be much clearer in describing your needs than just 
a
"transformer with 4 leads."  Most power transformers have more than 4 leads 
as two leads are required for the primary winding alone. You will have to 
give more info.
