Steve, Dave, all,
I'm glad to hear your back to coiling Dave.
A little tricky to insulate a 15/60 Magnetek (Jefferson) after depotting,
but not really that hard. I slid the outer core assembly (a few
laminations at a time) off of the center core, then cleaned away
the old mica insulation. Then
I assembled the core with coils, and bent some 0.060" polyethylene
sheets into a "U" shape and inserted them between the core and
secondary winding coils. I did the same thing with the Jefferson
12/30 NST in my TT-42 TC. These pieces of poly insulation can
be seen in the TT-42TC NST at my webpage at:

at the bottom of the page.
Cheers,
John
