Hi Steve,
An easy trick is to use the Cornell-Dubilier charts for their very similar
942C series.

They list 14.7 amps RMS which is probably conservative by 2+X. I think you
are going to run this cap in parallel with another cap so no problem at
all. Even alone at 120 BPS, this cap may handle the full current of a
15/120 all by itself. Voltage is no problem at all.
