Apparently someone (Navy real estate management?) at the hunter's point ran
across my web page
and they got upset that it had happened before and was going to happen again.
It got booted higher and higher until comnav in san diego made a decision that
insurance or
no insurance it isn't going to happen period (not on my watch buddy!).
IE: no recourse and no appeal. I was prepared to set up my coil and demo it
for the navy
but never got a chance.
sigh.
