Hello Coilers,
The latest issue of National Geographic has a computer generated composite
map showing areas of the earth and their frequency for lightning strikes.
It appears that Central Africa and Florida are the spots most hit, while
a South Pacific island would be the least. There's no mention of there
being a pattern or specific distances between areas of concentration as
Tesla had noted while in Colorado.
