Ok Maaaybee, but i dont know much about these things.

I really doubt that there is even any difference since that audio does not
go above 20khz, which is much lower frequency than an RF ground will see.
And im guessing they use stranded for the fact that the wire will run around
corners, up walls, ect.. so that its easier to do this! And FYI one of the
newer ideas for speaker wiring is FLAT SOLID, but flexible speaker wire.
