Actually, I think i found something.

Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene
It has a very high dielectric at 2300V / mil  (much higher than PVC, Delrin,
Nylon, etc...)
and it isn't very expensive

A 1.5" x 0.5" x 5 foot rectangular piece is only $11.00

Two pieces should do for a primary support.
