I have finally got the tracking number from UPS
my variac should arrive sometime today.
I am planning on running a test some time tonight, possibly tommorow...

I have found a semi isolated circuit at my house
It is a 20 amp breaker run to
3 outdoor 120v outlets and
a 2 outdoor light bulbs
My question is, Is this an acceptable cicuit to run my coil on?
Should I remove the light bulbs from the sockets or is that overkill?

for initial tests
im runing 10 amp 120in variac 0-140 out ,  into 1x12000 volt 30ma NST
7.4 nf wine bottle #4pe bucket salty a bit over resonance....

my second stage tests
will be with 2x 12000v 30ma NST's   for a total of 60ma
i plan on building a second 6.0 nf or about cap to achieve 13.4 or so nf cap

my long range plans are for
2x 12000v 30ma NST's and a 12000v 90ma NST still at the store , for a total
of 150ma
Ill have to reengineer my capacitors for this (MMC most likely)
A resonant salty would be way to massive size/weight
