Hi Ry,

You can use them for 2000 Volts each.  So a 15kV NST with a peak firing
voltage of 21kV should use 11 caps in series to get the voltage.  Poly caps
have an "AC rating" of only ~640 VAC but in Tesla coil use that can be
ignored and you can use the full DC rating (and more ;-)).
