They say 2000v -at-.15uf.
Is that 2000v ac rating, or must they be derated?

I want to run 15kv at 120-180ma.
Already have the transformer and a homebuilt cap that is about to max out
on plate space.  Could build new box for plate cap, but very hard to move
around.
