  I recently received a direct email inquiry about
providing back issues of the TCBA News on CDROM. The
person did not want to be forwarded to the Tesla List,
but here is part of my reply for general consumption
to the list.

  I spoke with Harry Goldman last summer about
archiving the TCBA News as pdf files on CD's but he
has no plans to do this until his stock of paper back
issues are exhausted.  He is also not printing any
more
copies of back issues so when they are gone it is
forever.  Harry is currently working on a book about
Ken Strickfaden who designed coils and HV effects for
many motion pictures including the original
Frankenstein movie.

  Some have scanned their own issues (a letter in the
News) but I know of no one who is selling such CD's on
the open market as it would be without the author's
permission and a copyright infringement.

  You can print an order form for original printed
back issues directly from Harry Goldman at

News Index (thru vol 20) for free edited by me on a
web page hosted by Steve Cole at
