I have a really slick design that features 120 degree tapping slots for the
primary, a hidden ground, and excellent strength. It was used on the twin
coil system I sold to the University of Portland last year and is intended
for a "medium" coil by Terry's definition. However, it's easily scaled. If
you're interested email me and I'll draw up some diagrams w/ specs.
