Words of wisdom....
THESE THINGS ARE BLOODY DANGEROUS! I have played around with just the 
capacitors and HV supply. You can detonate wires, water, and anything 
organic...including YOU!
But that not the best thing: while firing these "can crushers", one might 
really want to know how powerful the output EMP is!
You might knock out all communications in an given area and cause nearby 
electronics to suddenly short out. ....you could even scramble RADAR systems 
with it.
....so, BE CAREFUL!!
