Summertime Corona

Hi All

Despite a cold (and late) start to the summer down here in South 
Australia, it's looking today to hit into the thirties (high nineties, 
low hundreds of your Earth Farenheits ;-) ), with a humididy of, well, 
the hygrometer has just shrivelled up and turned to dust ;-)

Which brings me to my question...

Assuming a hot and dry climate, at what voltage (AC and DC) should I 
start worrying about corona and start spraying Conformal Coatings or 
dunking in oil?
