Mass can be a guide to output performance in some cases. However...look at 
the consumption rate (kW) for you microwave...that should tell you what sort 
of power output you would expect from the MOT.
IT IS PERFECTLY OK TO LINK 2 to 3 MOT's in series. NEVER GO OVER THIS NUMBER 
IN AIR AS INSULATION WILL BREAK DOWN QUICKLY!!
