Hi Bart, Coilers,

I used 1" pipe for mine, 4" long like you planned.  It made mounting
easier, being able to get my fingers in the pipes.  I used a total
of seven pipes yielding 6 gaps of .022" each.  From my own trials I
found that a muffin fan wasn't enough and went for a vacuum cleaner
motor and compressor to get sufficient air flow to quench a kilowatt.
