Since almost everyone parallels series strings of capacitors, wouldn't make
more sense
to wire in series, parallel banks of capacitors?  That way only one bleeder
resistor would
be required each parallel bank.  Also, any voltage difference between
adjacent capacitors
in the parallel bank would disapear, permitting maximum packing density.
Just a thought.
