You need a monostable multivibrator, a.k.a. a one-shot.  I don't know what 
similar devices your simulator DOES support.  74121?  LM555?  If all that 
you have are passive devices, this may not be easy...

Is there a way to do this without the 74123?  Altium, or one of their
distributors, was
generous to donate a copy of Circuitmaker2000 Professional to us (The Geek
Group).
CM2k does not include that particular device.  Being the SPICE-Guru that I
am, ;) I have
been unable to devise a circuit that functions similarly.
