I checked into pricing on the Dynex IGBT Bi-Directional Switch Module.  The
unit costs $640 US Dollars via Richardson Electronics.  (1-5 pcs).

It's ratings are

Vdrm 1700 V     Vt 4.9 V   Ic max 400 A  Ic (pk)  800 A
