120BPS LTR for a 15/60 is 28nF.  Gary Lau can get 61" out of a 15/60, 21nF
(I think, may have been 20), and  a vortex gap that he set at .3 inches or
so.  I find it hard to believe that .25" is too wide.  I wish I could try
less capacitance, like 20nF or so, but I don't have enough caps.  I will try
it with out the tank cap.  The caps should be fine, I measured them at
24.9nF after I shut down for the night.
