Well, I just purchased a 1/14 HP Teletype 1800RPM Synchronous Motor from
Ebay for $12.00.  Hopefully this is a Salient Pole motor as I think it was
mentioned in the archives that all teletype synch motors were salient pole
types.  Anyways, for $12.00, thats a pretty good bargain.
