It probably is as you identified plated for Y configuration. It is a 60:1
transformer, and 240V in will
get you 14,400 out. It may be that this is a standard 240/14.4kv
transformer in single phase use.
However, I'm not sure of the exact transformer configuration. Maybe someone
with a similar pig can
comment?
