Can you actually change that? I thought that the 12470 was just the rating
if 3 transformers are used in a Y configuration . . . 7200 * sqrt(3) =
12470.  I would think that 7200 V would be a little low, but would
definitely work.  And 7.5 kVA is plenty of power :-)
