Jim, BunnyKiller and all, who helped,

Thank you a bunch for your assistance. Obviously there are some
different types of air pushing equipment:

A. Axial compressors - high pressure, high volume

B.	Centrifugal *blowers* - high pressure, low volume
	blower
vaccum cleaner 15 kPa 60 CFM
	Hoover canister
	shop vac
	leaf blower << 7 kPa 250 to 500 CFM

C.	Tangential *blowers* - medium pressure, medium volume
	squirrel cage 3.5 kPa

D.	Axial (propellor) *fans* - low pressure, high volume
	muffin fan 1 kPa
	bathroom fan a few Pa
	fan

Some useful relations:

1 CFM = 1.7 m^3/h
1 CF = 28.3 l
1 PSI = 7 kPa
14.3 PSI = 1 at = 1 bar = 100,000 Pa

Do you agree or did I understand something wrong? Of course,
filling in some figures would help even more ;-)

Cheers,

Herwig
