PCB oil

  I hate to beat a dead horse with a stick, but I remember someone
stating how to tell if PCB is in oil once, or twice.  I have a
distribution transformer that does not state "no PCB".  All my other ones
allway have had "no PCB" stenciled on the cases.  Is there a easy test to
find out?
