Hi All,
A fellow coiler (lurker) here James and myself use these "Green Meanies"
on our pig powered coils. The performance is top-notch, the caps don't
take up much space for a goodly amount of capacitance, and they are tough.
I've used them as the tank cap in my pig powered coil, for bouncing small
aluminum rings in pulse-discharge experiments, and as smoothing caps for my
VTTC's DC supply. They're well worth the price (I ended up buying 18 of
the .1uf caps) for my LTR pig experiment. After some digging at the
numbers, I sold 4 of them to a buddy for what I paid for them. He put them
all in series for use on his NST powered coil, because he's going to
eventually move up to a polepig powered coil.

At last year's FL Teslathon (Coming up again in June), we pounded the
caps with lots 'o power (what was it James, 240v37A? 280V?) and they gave
us zero problems. This year they're gonna take even more of a pounding, as
we'll have more power available to run them on.

   Hope it helps!
