Hi Shaun
If you have the test gear (Scope, Sig. Gen. and Freq. Counter) and know how
to use it, then use it to set up your coil, at least initially. You will
save yourself a lot of tedious trouble in the long run. There are several
good procedures on the web on how to do this. I have received some good
comments and no bad ones on my page
