When I use PC board capacitors I strip 1 in off all edges. I cut a scribe
line in the copper with a single edge razor blade, then I peal ep enough to
get a hold with pliers. I then use a 1 in wide sheet metal soldering iron
and heat the copper as I peal it off. Works real fast.Ive nevere used oil, I
just space my plates dry with my 15/60
