I don't see why it would be any harder to tune than any other topload, it's 
just a hunk of metal. Remember, in this aplication it wouldn't make any 
difference weather we use the whole car, or just the outer shell held 
together with a thin tube frame. The only thing that the coil sees would be 
the outer skin, right?
