ok  when we tested it with a meter it was putting out ac.  is that going to
be a problem when i hook the caps up to it?? just wondering cause the caps
are VDC oil filled at    .05 mfd 16k VDC and another one that has 2x .15 mfd
at 8k VDC  they are both sprague Vitamin Q..  the brand and name.
