one way that i have found suitable is to clean the insulation off of the
secondary wire about an inch and then crimp it into a length of 1/8"
soft copper tubing. this i have both drilled two holes through the
secondary form at the bottom and hot glued the tubing across the base of
the secondary former, and for larger currents i have bent the tubing
into an L, then hot glued it to the side of the secondary formers base.
