Hi:

A complete copy of Drude's 1904 paper about Tesla coils is now in

Kurt Schraner made the scans and the conversion to djvu. The file
is 659 kbytes long. Mr. Schraner is making the translation of the
first 5 pages. Some candidate to translate some of the following 
pages?

There are more equations and tables than text, and so the translation
is not so difficult. The paper doesn't appear to contain material
useful to amateurs, but provides an interesting view of what was
electronic circuit theory by that time.
