NST questions

I have a number of questions regarding NST's. OK here goes. how do you
go about hooking up NST's in parallel? I have seen many drawings but no
straight forward answers. Also, when you hook a bunch of them in
parallel, can you use one filter board for all of them or do they each
need their own protection? Finally, In Terry's NST protection filter, is
the NST ground the same as the wire connecting to the grounding prong on
the mains plug or is that the RF ground and not connected to the NST's
or what? thanks for the help,
