Have you read your own sig file lately? Freeclimbing? Street Luge? You seem
obsessed with
taking un-necessary risks.

Reasearch? Exactly how are you going to determine these effects?

Why? It ain't going to be pleasant, that's for sure.

So is Russian Roulette, being shot from a cannon, etc., done properly.

What makes you think anyone on the face of the Earth understands the dangers
involved? Did Marie Curie understand the dangers of Radium? And who exactly
tallys deaths by TC?

So, you're going to demonstrate to the general public that it's OK to have
tens of kilovolts shooting out of your body? How is this going to promote
"public safety", exactly?

Almost like asking somebody "how do I milk a rattlesnake". Would a snake
handler answer that question via email?

"Very specific situations"? Your query indicates that you don't *know* what
conditions need to be met. The "required people"..... being what, those trained
in RF burns due to high-voltage, low-frequency RF? How many of those do you
have lined up? And how many RF grounds are installed in proximity to your
planned
demonstration area in that 'facility'?
