Basically it shows the BPS (breaks per second) (calcBPS) for various NSTs
with various primary cap sizes.  The 4 digit cap sizes are the resonant
sizes and the cap value that gives 120BPS is the LTR size.

The rest of the noisy data is not useful to most...
